William Reich, a true hero of a forgotten generation. He developed the Orgone Accumulator - a box whereby you sit inside it, and it charges the user up with Orgone Energy.

Interestingly enough, all of William Reich's work was destroyed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 1954. Hmm.

Were they scared of the truth coming out.

thanks for writing up some (all?) of "the source of the human "NO"". i got the cassette a while ago and it was definitely something i should wav up. i've found wilhelm reich to be the most direct and most understandable writer i've ever encountered when he's talking about the state of the human being, the rigid armoring put into place by friends and foes and the structure of societies and movements, and i truly hope that more people will whip out his books and read what the man said. especially "journals of orgonotic functionalism" where he spells out very clearly what set him off on his various branches of research..
the enormity and vitality of his thinking and reasoning - and the angles he took to life functioning are staggering - and thus i believe his thinking will come out and no longer be limited to what wikipedia or "eminent psychologists" say about his "craziness"...
