I was given a field sobriety test which even the police documents said I passed except for the "eye test". I was taken to the police station where I voluntarily took the breathalyzer, which I just knew I would pass, and blew a .083. Three years and $14,963.28 later I am on parole for the next 16 months with a charge of "obstruction of a passageway". That $15K represents almost 1/2 my annual income. The courts got paid and my lawyer, who suckered me in big time, got paid big time. After everything I started reallying looking back and trying to understand how every move I made seemed to be the wrong move. It turns out that I was just put through a process to extract as much money from me as possible. I am now serously considering moving out of the country so that I don't have to be eaten by the beast again. Eric Keyes... I am sharing your words with everyone I know... and don't even get me started on Health Care.
